Specific Skills
Establish work schedules and procedures；Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments; Prepare and submit reports; Resolve work related problems; Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; Co-ordinate, assign and review work; Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization；
Use Citrix transfer or release products to designated location; control fresh and frozen beef / pork / poultry inventory; conduct daily, weekly and monthly inventory check and make inventory reports as well; coordinate with sales / production / logistic department to deal with recall / return / replacement issues and make reports，handle customer questions and product quality complaints. Use HACCP knowledge to make temperature check，meat quality check and so on; conduct mock recall，make sure the inventory control system working well.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience and other requirement:
Minimum one year work experience as an inventory control supervisor in Canada food processing industry.
Must have product knowledge of raw prepared products (i.e. beef, pork and poultry.).
Must have HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) knowledge.
Must have knowledge of using Citrix (a commonly-used inventory control software).
