Detailed description:

RESPONSIBILITIES...

•Supervise the daily operations of the store;

•Perform all tasks required to ensure the smooth operations of the store on a daily basis;

•Hire, develop, train and motivate;

•Supervise, schedule and delegate tasks to a team of approximately 5-10 employees;

•Ensure that company standards and procedures are explained, understood and followed by the entire team;

•Manage work schedules based on budget and business needs;

•Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;

•Ensure that stocktaking be done quickly and accurately to ensure proper replenishment of merchandise;

•Ensure that the procedures for opening and closing the store are followed correctly;

•Ensure that employees work safely and follow Health and Safety standards;

•Operate a cash register.

REQUIREMENTS...

•Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, including at least 3 years in a management position;

•Flexibility in terms of availability (day, evening, and weekends);

•Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment;

•Ability to organize time effectively and manage priorities;

•Strong leadership and communication skills.
