Compensation- Wage $18 per hour, Mileage paid and 4% vacation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key responsibilities of a Store Supervisor include:
- Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising;
- Ensure all loss prevention programs are implemented to standard;
- Ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with all guidelines;
- Ensures standards of housekeeping and image are maintained.
- Scheduling staff, and making schedules.
- Tracking Inventory and placing orders.
- Resolving customer complaints
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum 2 Years of Canadian Education after secondary school is required.;
- Computer literate;
- Organized;
- Problem solving skills.
- 1+ years of related work experience in retail management, operations management is mandatory.
WORK HOURS:
Minimum 44 Per week and flexible schedule for some weekends and evenings
ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:
No Public Transport available in Shelburne, So must have own vehicle if required, Mileage will be compensated.
