Specific Skills:
Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize payments by cheque, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Coordinate activities with the manufacturing and product design departments; Make product/sales presentation using the related software.
Work Setting: Retail business, Wholesale establishment/store
Workers Supervised: Retail salespersons and sales clerks
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience:
1) Must have at least 1 year work experience as a Sales Supervisor in furniture industry;
2) Must have product knowledge of commercial and residential furniture; and
3) Must have work experience of using Photoshop, 2D/3D CAD, SkechUp, 3ds Max, wordpress and illustrator software;
