Specific Skills:
Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize payments by cheque, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers;
Coordinate activities with the manufacturing and product design staff; Make product/sales presentation using the foot scanner system.
Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility
Own Tools/Equipment: Cellular phone

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience:
1) Must have at least 1 year work experience as a Sales Supervisor;
2) Must have product knowledge of orthotics, orthopedic footwear and other related shoe fitting products; and
3) Must have knowledge of using the foot scanner system;
4) Must have work experience of using QuickBooks software;
