-Managing of multiple accounts
-Do the bookkeeping and prepare the trial balance using computerized systems such as Excel and Sage
-Record and monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting entries and the inventory file
-Perform reconciliations of accounts and bank reconciliations
-Compile data and financial information from primary documents provided by customers and revenue and expenditure
-Participate in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting nature reports
-Prepare forms and returns or periodic reports of government for GST / HST and QST, salaries, deductions at source (DAS, CSST, CCQ)
-Respond to customer’s or government’s inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems
-Perform other related clerical duties, such as word processing, record keeping and classification, faxing and photocopying
-Perform other required bookkeeping services and tax preparation for individuals
- Autonomous, attention to detail, rigor, flexible and dynamic, ability and high level of communication with customers
-Language knowledge: French, English and Romanian - (Romanian language is mandatory because most of the customers are of Romanian origin);
