We currently have a job opening for a Staff Auditor position at our Laval, Quebec office. This role will report directly to the Audit Director. Main responsibilities:
• Independently work within the claims process as directed by the Audit Director, Senior Auditors and Auditors (i.e. provide claims administration support, find specific client documentation to support topic, mailing, etc.)
• Write claims across all topics with minimal supervision following the claims process (i.e. examine client payment history, buyers’ files and other documents)
• Retrieve client materials as directed by the Audit Director, Senior Auditors and Auditors
• Perform basic correspondence with the client and vendors under the direction of the Audit Director, Senior Auditors and Auditors (i.e. standard correspondence)
• May perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, collating, data input, etc.
• May provide input to improve PRGX auditing techniques
• Assist in on-site client activities such as buyers pull, accessing client’s history, etc.
• Other job related responsibilities may be assigned
