Detailed description:
Administrative Support: Opening of new accounts (clients or suppliers). Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable. Collections. Entering inventory (upon reception of merchandise). Prepare shipping documents. Logistics for on-going installations (i.e. prepare client file, contracts, work orders, hotel reservations, follow-up of incurred employee expenses).
Customer Service Support: Answer incoming telephone calls. Handle service calls (prepare work orders, schedule technicians for servicing). Perform after-sales phone surveys (quality control, offer complimentary products according to customer needs).
