ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / TYPIST



Since 1960, our client has been providing a broad range of assurance and accounting, taxation, financial advisory and management consulting services.

As a member of one of the largest worldwide networks of independent accounting and consulting firms, with clients include owner managed businesses

as well as public companies and subsidiaries of multinationals.

We are presently seeking an energetic Administrative Assistant / Typist who can handle all aspects of office work and will report to the Office Manager.



RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Typing financial statements, correspondence, and reports.
• Occasionally, will be asked to replace the receptionist temporarily.
• Previous experience in a professional service firm is an asset.


QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bilingual – Written and oral skills in English and French
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to type a minimum of 60 words per minute.


Offices are well situated in up-town Montreal in close proximity to the metro. Ample free parking is available.
