Our client is a leader in providing the service of damage estimates here in Quebec. Situated in the West part of Montreal, they currently seek a Receptionist and General Office Work professional to join their team.
** Main Responsibilities **
• Interpreting insurance requests.
• Contact policy holders making a claim, insurers, repairers, and others
• General administrative work, also write, review and improve letters and memos.
• Manage incoming calls by answering questions from customer, and returning calls.
• Offer courteous and quality service to clients.
• Manage client files and actively follow up.
• Other related tasks.
** Qualifications **
• Education: completed college degree (DEC)
• Years of similar experience: 3 to 5 years
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Professionalism in relationships within the company and outside of the company
• Be sensitive and compassionate
• Positive attitude
• Ability to prioritise
• Sense of urgency and resourcefulness
• Autonomy and thoroughness
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Be able to work faster than average
