Main functions: 
Job duties:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications, and network designed to provide qualitative ad bidding;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Working closely with major brands to ensure Demand-side-platforms” (“DSPs”) allow advertisers to manage multiple ad exchange and data exchange accounts to optimize ad placements;
• Troubleshooting real-time bidding (“RTB”) and other functionalities to ensure programmatic bidding on ad impressions meeting specific criteria in real-time as well as help manage advertising purchases using audience segmentation tools;
• Managing live streams and live Q&A and training sessions, involving multiparty video endpoint for hundreds of users on a weekly basis;
• Coordinating staff workflow and/or addressing clients’ needs through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.

Details: 
Diploma in Information Systems Management or equivalent, based on on-the-job training and years of relevant experience;

Working experience
Minimum experience required: 
10 years
Qualifications required: 
• Ten (10) years or more of work experience in the Audio-Visual IT services field;
• At least three (3) years of experience working in sales and marketing departments of private organizations;
• At least one (1) year of IT experience working with a recognized online advertising technology firm;
• Proven knowledge/on-the-job training with qualitative ad bidding software programs and technology;
• In-depth Audio-Visual, live event and multi-party multiparty video endpoint management skills;
• Experience working with machine learning algorithms a plus;
