Job duties:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications, and network designed to provide qualitative ad bidding;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Working closely with major brands to ensure Demand-side-platforms” (“DSPs”) allow advertisers to manage multiple ad exchange and data exchange accounts to optimize ad placements;
• Troubleshooting real-time bidding (“RTB”) and other functionalities to ensure programmatic bidding on ad impressions meeting specific criteria in real-time as well as help manage advertising purchases using audience segmentation tools;
• Managing live streams and live Q&A and training sessions, involving multiparty video endpoint for hundreds of users on a weekly basis;
• Coordinating staff workflow and/or addressing clients’ needs through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
