Required Skills
- Fully bilingual in French and English (possibility of working mainly in English).
- Pleasant and enjoys helping others.
- Competencies, work experience, or life experience related to the position (studies are an asset).
- Experience with website design platforms like WordPress, Wix, Google Site, or even better: votresite!
- Experience configuring an online store with tools like OpenCart (the option we use), Shopify, or other.
- Experience sending newsletters; basic skills in search engine optimization.
- Easily identifies technical problems via telephone and can provide a solution.
- Manages stress… without stressing others!
- Self-taught and learns easily.
