Summary description
Reporting to the R&D Manager – Support Centers, your main responsibility will be to ensure that the products developed in the R&D product centers conform to the FTB Ecosystem: www.exfo.com/en/products/field-network-testing/bu6-ftb-ecosystem. Building on your experience in quality assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring industry best practices regarding methods and software test tools, working within development teams in a multisite and multicultural environment.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
• Planning, developing and performing integration tests on FTB Ecosystem products.
• Coordinating activities with multisite development teams.
• Analyzing and preparing test integration reports.
• Creating and maintaining test-related documentation, including test plans and reports, in collaboration with the quality assurance teams of R&D product centers.
• Clearly identifying and documenting errors and inconsistencies in product functionality, ergonomics and performance.
• Certifying product or application conformity within the FTB Ecosystem.
• Optimizing testing efficiency by developing the right tools and/or methods (automation…).
The Quality Control Coordinator will carry out any other related task, as needed.
