What your technical background includes:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a client-facing role, working with the clients’ own resources to successfully deploy infrastructure solutions
- Minimum of 7 years of IT support/operations experience
- Extensive experience as a Microsoft infrastructure subject matter expert (design, implementation, and support).
- Strong applied expertise in the following areas:
• Design, implementation, management and configuration of Office 365 and its components
• Implementation and management of Exchange Server
• Exchange mail migrations using Quest tools, including moving / merging / consolidating / upgrades. Experience with Office 365 migrations is consider a plus.
• Implementation and management of Identity federation technologies (e.g. ADFS)
• Implementation and management of Identity management technologies (e.g. Dirsync, FIM)
• PowerShell or similar scripting skills
• Advanced configuration including clustering, SAN’s, performance optimization and remote access
• SMTP, POP3 and IMAP protocols
• Fundamental networking knowledge - IP, DNS, WINS, IP routing, network address translation etc.
- Exposure to MS Lync implementations
- Microsoft certifications: MCSE / MCITP
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Proven experience working on projects through the entire project lifecycle, while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Experience with creating proposals and technical documentation for high-level solutions
- Experience with creating complex architecture proposals and project plans
