Detailed description: 
Key Responsibilities

* Perform functional, integration, performance and regression testing of company products;
* Work closely with the Software Team Leader and Program Manager to understand the functional and system requirements;
* Create and maintain Test Plans and Test Cases for the various products;
* Participate in the testing process through unit testing and non-conformances resolution;
* Participate to periodical engineering meetings, including design and specification reviews;
* Create test reports and generate performance metrics for process improvements;
* Work closely with the QA Team and the Program Manager to ensure the quality and the delivery of work under his/her responsibility.

Job Requirements
* MUST possess strong written communication skills in (English and French);
* University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in software testing;
* Well organized and proactive. Must manage multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic environment;
* Ability to work within a team environment to meet aggressive time lines and high quality standards;
* Strong experience with automated testing tools and defect tracking software;

Technical Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing;
* MUST have a very good understanding of Microsoft Windows 7 and 8.1;
* Very good understanding of software quality assurance and the software development life cycle;
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
* Strong analytical and problem assessment skills;
* Prepare concise and well written failure analysis, quality and test reports;

Assets:
* Knowledge and experience in writing test software (C#, C++);
