** BILINGUAL WEB CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MANAGER **
Our client has been in business for over 100 years. Known throughout the world for its high quality products, excellent customer service and import and distribution logistics, they seek a Bilingual Web, Digital Content and Social Media Project Manager.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role of the successful candidate will be to develop and implement interactive web marketing strategies that will enhance our client’s brand awareness; as well as the responsibility for updating the websites. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the company’s website content and social media presence as well as work on content planning and creation, interactive marketing and community management.
THE TASKS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Web – digital content:
• Responsible for website updates, including integration of new items, resolving technical problems (on your own in CMS or working with the agency)
• Collaborate with client services team to resolve problems
• Pilot SEO campaign and conduct performance analyses
• Develop and manage content calendar
• Coordinate content creation
• Manage the company’s VIP Club, including database, newsletters, contests, and surveys
• Responsible for the new website project
- Scheduling/project phase follow-up
- Meetings, meeting reports and tasks follow-up
- Budget follow-up
- Agency request follow-up
- Follow up on anything that needs to be done or supplied by the different teams
- Approval on follow-up
- Most demanding tasks: site content
Web – transactional (Retailer)
• Develop a content and promotion calendar, in collaboration with the sales teams
• Coordinate content creation
Web – transactional (Consumer - 2016)
• Develop a content and promotion calendar, in collaboration with the sales teams
• Supervise inventory and propose recommendations
• Analyse actions/promotions and propose recommendations
• Coordinate content creation
Social media:
• Develop and manage the company’s social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, in both languages
• Create content, contests, photos, etc. in order to maintain presence on social media
• Increase reach and frequency of each social media channel
• Analyse the performance of the different social media platforms
• Follow consumer discussion on relevant blogs, transactional sites and social networks in order to stay informed and interact with the consumers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s in marketing or other relevant program
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
• Experience working with a content management system
• General knowledge of digital environment
• Knowledge of web/programming language
• Perfectly bilingual, both oral and written
• Expert knowledge of Office programs and web tools
