Our client is looking for a Technical Writer to develop documentation, document help text, user manuals, and user training for a new SAP Logistics/Supply Chain solution.

1. The Technical Writer must perform the following tasks:
   1. Develop MI Project documentation including business and functional requirements, project scope and estimates of effort and duration;
   2. Document help text, user manuals, technical documentation and web page content;
   3. Prepare document and user training ;
   4. Review documentation standards and the existing project documentation;
   5. Validate current documents for training development;
   6. Determine documentation requirements;
   7. Make plans for meeting documentation requirements;
   8. Gather information concerning the features and functions provided by the developers;
   9. Map the content for course outline;
   10. For documents and manuals:
       1. Assess the audience;
       2. Prepare a statement of purpose and scope;
       3. Develop a table of contents;
       4. Write the required contents;
       5. Prepare any required illustrations and diagrams;
       6. Coordinate illustrations and diagrams that are not prepared by the Technical Writer; and
       7. Design the layout; and
   11. Publish and add graphic to e-learning (uPerform or Enable Now).
