BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Our client is an established company with offices in Montreal and Toronto. Our client offers teambuilding and leadership workshops to children and teens to help
develop strong interpersonal skills and self-confidence. We are proud to announce that our client has now developed a new sister company offering impressive
action-packed experiences that makes adults want to join in on the fun too! These sessions are great for schools, camps, birthday parties, private events and
more.
Our client is now seeking candidates whom have the proven ability to overachieve in sales, marketing and business development. The assigned territory shall
consist of over 1200 schools. The successful hire shall forge relationships with the various school boards in the Greater Montreal area. Success in this assigned
role may lead to an opportunity to become part owner and further develop business in other territories.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Establish, develop and maintain strong relations with School Board Officials and other Professionals.
• Promote and sell programs for children and teens to Schools, Daycares, Camps and other Youth Organizations.
• Create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Fully bilingual - Must be able to speak and write well in French
• Entrepreneurially Driven and Proven Strong Business Acumen – A MUST
• Enthusiastic, Energetic and Passionate for helping children build character and inner strength.
• Strong and Proven Selling Abilities
• Outstanding Communication Skills (presentation and written)
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Past experience working with children, in groups, an Asset.
• Must possess a vehicle
Car mileage shall be compensated.
Possibility of company shares to be offered.
