At FCO, we offer Montrealers a unique experience while enjoying our Italian "al metro" pizza. In order to be able to go and find this unique taste found in Rome, Capital of Italy, we have an authentic Italian pizza oven, the first of its kind in Quebec. We crossed the Atlantic and brought back the most delicious recipes from Rome as well as all the traditional ingredients.

We are currently looking for a Pizzaiolo and Caterer who has a great experience in typical Italian cuisine that will help our guests to get a unique Italian culinary experience with each visit and work specifically on Orders from the Catering Service.

As part of the organization of the kitchen work for the catering and catering service, you will have the task of:

 Prepare and cook pizzas
 Supervise kitchen helpers and establish work schedules and pizza operations
 Clean and maintain exemplary hygiene in the kitchen, work areas and food storage areas, including transport equipment (containers);
 Maintain an inventory of food, supplies and equipment and ensure the organization and supervision of buffets for banquets and private events;
 Establish menus for banquets and other catering services, determine servings, assess food requirements and cost of food, and order necessary equipment and prepare for placement once food is delivered to site customers;
 Participate in the hiring and training of kitchen staff while establishing a food hygiene procedure;
 Perform other related duties to ensure continuity of cooking food management services during rush hours.

Secondary school diploma coupled with relevant experience in the field of Italian cuisine
The workload for this position is 30h / week
2 weeks paid vacation.
