Main functions: 
Responsible for maintaining the warehouse / inventory neat clean and organized.
Responsible for receiving service call requests, dispatch, schedule and follow-up work orders.
Maximize Field Service Productivity by ensuring calls are dispatched to the right technician.
Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials
Identify, label and update system records for parts received
Issue and distribute parts and supplies to field technicians
Ensure adherence to parts pick-up process by field technicians and update inventory to reflect
Collaborate with internal departments to meet the needs of our projects
Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
Maintain records on inventory control system
Handling incoming customer inquiries for service
Dispatching service calls to technicians and service partners
Logging all service calls and dispatches into the system
Follow-up with customers regarding scheduling of service work, purchase order #’s, etc
Complete call logs and reports
Verify all proper paperwork is received - work order, copy of customer work order or PO if required

To be able to work independently and maintain the warehouse with integrity and pride
Basic knowledge of Quebec geography for distribution
Valid Fork Lift license (clean record)
Must have a valid driver’s license
High school education
Good mathematical aptitude
Knowledge in calculating freight rates and negotiating skills
WHMIS – Certification is an asset
Basic knowledge of computers (email, word)
Basic knowledge of office equipment. (fax, scanner, photocopier, telephone)
Knowledge of Shipping Software (Desktop: courier, carrier)
Need physical strength to handle heavy or bulky packages (25-30 lbs)
Understand and practice safe procedures for packing and unpacking shipments
Continuous education as required
Neat, organized and detailed oriented
Time management skills a must
To be able to work under stress within a logistics environment
Dependable and able to work with a sense of urgency every day
