Reporting to the Senior Clinical Supervisor you will be responsible for:
•To supervise and coordinate clinical activities, ensuring that activities are performed with high level of quality and in compliance with protocols, SOPs and Good Clinical Practices.
•To train and to assist the staff on clinical operations and to perform their evaluation throughout the year.- To apply appropriate measures (training requests or disciplinary actions) regarding significant misbehavior or lack of training of a staff member during a clinical trial.
•To provide constant feedback to the Study Manager on all studies in progress, to their Senior Clinical Supervisor and to their team of Auxiliary Nurses and Clinical Technicians to ensure a continuous communication.
•To act as a mentor and role model for the clinical staff
