Main Duties: Must have experience with breakfast crowds; Be talkative while maintaining a fast paced environment of restocking breakfast items, cooking, cleaning and food preparation. Providing personalized service to all guests. Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar in an attractive abundant-looking, organized, clean and standardized presentation. Stocking up serving dishes/tray, utensils, cups and other paper products. Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated Wiping up spills Removing trash Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day. Ability to understand, operate, clean kitchen equipment as trained Must be knowledgeable of food sanitation guidelines Ability to operate kitchen equipment as needed Ability to serve food and beverage in a dining room setting Listening and responding to guests’ requests or complaints.
