Our client has been in business for over 60 years. This well established Canadian corporation is currently seeking a bilingual Human Resource Coordinator to support the goals of the Human Resources Department.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

   • Manage the staffing process, including postings (internal and external), sorting candidate applications and CV’s, interviews, campus recruiting activities, etc.
   • Advise/support managers during the recruitment process
   • Welcome new employees and ensure their onboarding and integration
   • Participate in the development of a training program as well as a professional development program
   • Manage the set-up of the performance appraisal process as well as update the scorecards.
   • Administer the group insurance plan and answer to employees inquiries
   • Participate in managing and improving employee files
   • Participate in the termination process (documents, communicating with accounting and other parties, exit interviews, etc.)
   • Update the company’s organizational charts
   • Provide support to various questions pertaining to internal policies and programs
   • Write, update and translate various documents, including employee communications
   • Participate in the development of special projects


REQUIREMENTS:

   • Minimum of a college diploma in Administration, with Human Resources Management option or a Human Resources Management Certificate
   • 2-3 years of relevant experience
   • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
   • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
   • Discretion, integrity, rigor and attention to detail
   • Customer service oriented
   • Ability to work in a team
   • Resourceful
