- Reading and interpretation of the technical drawings & complex assemblies
-autonomous planning of the weld and assembly work (Setup)
-use of templates (jigs)
-Assemble according to the technical drawings in accordance with the dimensional and geometric tolerances
-Pre-welding Inspection
-adjustment of the welding parameters
-Welding using MIG/TIG equipments
-deburring and cleaning of the welded parts
-Perform the finishing, clean and polish the welded parts or assembliies
-inspection after welding
-maintenance and preventive maintenance of tools and machinery to weld
-any other task related to the need
Hold a DEP in welding-mounting (minimum) or equivalent work experience.
Asset: experience in the sheet metal ndustry (Manufacture of metal boxes)
