Stockroom manager

Main functions: 
• Stock received parts in inventory at correct location according to the current SKU system and record in the ERP system
• Issue parts to production according to the bill of materials while completing the necessary documentation and recording of information in the ERP system
• Assemble customer orders from stockroom and place on pallets
• Notify the Purchasing Manager of any “stock outs”, damaged or missing parts
• Communicate any discrepancies in between actual inventory and what is recorded in the system to the Purchasing Manager.
• Transfer materials from the receiving dock to the stockroom by hand or forklift.

Qualifications required: 
• Must hold three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in a storeroom.
• Basic math skills; counting and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task, manage time and pay close attention to details
• Professional and able to work in team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of ERP system (Genius) an asset
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
