AccountManagement: Enter/verify/update customer information into system; Enter orders in in-house software; Maintain current customer routing guides; Prepare reports for Management and sales team ; Liaison with credit department ; Process returns for both U.S. and Canadian Customers; Warehouse follow up and verification for orders & returns; Manage month end inventory; Match warehouse confirmations for customer invoicing purposes; Customer invoicing and issuing credit notes ; Reconciliation and sign-off charge-backs; Establish month end cut-off with in-house account managers;
Customer Service: Provide customer service including responding to customer queries regarding product availability, managing customer complaints; Provide sales support to sales representatives; Execute calculation verifications for customers – quantities, freight and taxes;
