Our client is in search for Account Executives, whom shall be an extension of field sales representatives. The primary mandate of this role is to drive in sales growth, contributing in attaining the branches’ goals and objectives as well as personal sales budgets and objectives. The successful hires shall deliver prompt, accurate and timely service to customers and proactively sell to their client base.
RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL INCLUDE:
• Develop new and emerging account base through cold-calling, lead calls, networking and contacts;
• Develop and maintain a thorough profile and growth plan for each assigned account;
• Develop and maintain relationships via the phone with all assigned buyers;
• Qualify all customer quote requests;
• Manage the quote process to ensure timely and competitive quotes are returned to the customer;
• Solicit feedback on all quotes and position themselves as the incumbent distributor;
• Follow up on orders and shipping of the products ;
• Understand the products – Intense training shall be provided by the employer;
• Advocate on behalf of the customer with Product Marketing and Asset for prices and allocation and elevating potential issue;
• Enjoy providing excellent customer service;
• Meet and enjoy the challenge to surpass assigned sales goals;
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• University Education (Bachelor’s of Commerce, or Administration preferred and/or)
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
