We are currently interviewing for motivated Customer Service Coaches to join our high energy Call Center
Providing superior customer service to all members, answering calls in a professional and customer-friendly manner by using the appropriate greeting, scripting and product knowledge. Ensuring all responses are accurate and courteous; making the caller feel engaged and well informed. Understanding and communicating to members the policies and procedures regarding their online accounts. You will also be responsible for achieving the published call center objectives related to production and service goals along with adhering to the attendance policy. Finally, you will increase member retention by effectively utilizing scripts and pitches to overcome member’s objections.
