Customer Service (industrial tools) / Order Entry (accpac)
Our client in the Power tool industry has been bringing quality tools and equipment to the Canadian and America markets for over 30 years is looking for a Customer Service Order Entry Clerk to work in a fast pace environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Fielding customer inquiries and taking orders over the phone, fax and email - Very High volume of calls
• Managing orders from entry to shipping and following up on outstanding quotations
• Responding to customer inquiries via email, fax and by telephone
• Handle high volume of calls
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Must be fluent in French and English
• Worked with ACCPAC for windows
• Knowledge or experience with industrial tools and equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
