Our client, is an established food trader in need of an experienced food trader with strong procurement and export side relationships. The successful candidate will hold experience in both procurement and sales and will join our client's Frozen Meat and Poultry department. Trading, Marketing, Credit Risk and Multi Origin complex freight logistics are other important responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Procurement of frozen meat within North American market
• Sales of Frozen meat to International export markets
• Engage in day to day communication with partners throughout the supply chain
• Administer order entry and generate purchase and sales confirmations
SKILLS REQUIRED :
• Strong negotiation skills
• Sales aptitude
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong organization skills
• Sound ability to multi task
EXPERIENCE :
• 2+ years in related field
• Experience in International Food Trading
• University degree. Business, Economics, Commerce, Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (French & English)
