Detailed description:
• Working closely with the Promotional Manager and the person in charge of the equestrian relations in each market to promote the show in the equestrian community;
• Coordination and implementation of promotional activities related to the equestrian community;
• Research promotional and advertising opportunities to complement the efforts of the marketing team with various stakeholders such as concierges, hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.;
• Implement direct marketing operations in collaboration with local stakeholders and the Promotional Manager;
• Ensure that the show has visibility at various equestrian events and local events;
• Hire and train a promotional team of local employees if needed;
• Manage an inventory of promotional materials;
• Taking part in organizing Premiere Nights and media events in each market;
• Produce various promotional reports;
• Work closely with the marketing teams in Montreal;
• Perform other related tasks.

• Experience in event planning or promotion;
• Professional attitude and behaviour (dynamic, good interpersonal skills, honest, etc.);
• Customer service skills;
• Ability to analyze a new market;

• Experience in budget management;
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;
• Knowledge of Spanish is an asset;
• Valid driver's license and passport are required;
• Interested in touring full-time with the show and authorized to travel and work in foreign countries.
