Our client, in the Transport industry and located in Lachine is looking for a Dynamic, Motivated and Result Oriented Customer Service Rep/Assistant to the Dispatching team.
THE SUCCESSFUL HIRE SHALL BE:
• Be motivated
• Have a strong command of the English language and be able to understand French.
• Be Energetic
• A team player and able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to multitask and deal with a fast pace environment.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in transportation preferably with Container dispatch or any other dispatching position.
• Knowledge of CN and CP reservation an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Excellent Organizational Skills and Task Oriented.
• Excellent phone skills
THE SUCCESSFUL HIRE SHALL BE REQUIRED TO:
• Track and trace container movements
• Coordinate logistics with customers, setting up appointments and delivery times
• Manage and dispatch a team of drivers
• Update information into the very user friendly in house system
