Marketing of industrial, synthetic and cellulosic thread for textiles to clients; Identify potential new clients; Manage supply of thread from India, China, Korea, Thailand and other countries; Assess clients’ needs and recommend the appropriate product; Provide input into product design where thread must be tailored to suit clients’ needs; Develop reports and proposals as part of sales presentation to illustrate benefits from use of thread; Provide pricing to clients; Prepare and administer sales contracts; Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support; Troubleshoot technical problems related to yarn or fabric.
