JOB DESCRIPTION :
Reporting to the Logistics and Customer Care Manager, the successful hire shall be the primary contact for consumers, customers, and internal staff who have questions and/or require troubleshooting of the company's products.
In due time, the successful hire shall become a product specialist and in accordance to our client's customer care policies, he or she shall supply users of the product with knowledgeable responses to phone or email questions.
The successful hire shall need to be flexible in how he/she works and be efficient amongst cross functional teams and be able to change work priorities as the day progresses. One must have STRONG People skills and be calm in nature to handle at times, escalated calls from customers.
This is a really young and dynamic work place. Attire is clean business casual.

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, sales or technical support experience.
• Bilingual - oral and written in English & French- 80% of the time shall communicate in English, 20% in French.
• Sales support or similar background in sporting industry exposure desirable.
• Knowledge and Interest of sports electronics and fitness training tool.
• Knowledge and interest of sport and fitness training concepts.
• Intermediate-advanced computer troubleshooting skills required (MS Windows XP/Vista/7 and MAC).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Lotus Notes and SAP experience an asset.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, kinesiology or physical education degree an asset.
