• Develop and execute sales and distribution strategy for the sales of aircraft parts as well as aircraft maintenance services throughout the world;
• Solicit aircraft and helicopter operators to conclude spare parts supply agreements and fleet maintenance services, and keep contact with existing clients to ensure they receive the best possible parts and services and remain up to date;
• Seek and find information about new technology and developments in the spare parts and maintenance industry, and make sure that MHDR always offers the most current parts and effective services;
• Review the current processes and use of the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software and consequently propose and implement changes in order to make the company more efficient;
- Prepare tenders for the European military industry in response to open offers for parts and services; and
- Supervise and train a team of salespersons to assist him or her in his or her duties in order to improve sales and production.
