Detailed description: 
Partners for Life is an outreach program that aims to raise awareness on teen depression offered by the Fondation Jeunes en Tête. The program’s primary goal is to educate teens to identify signs and symptoms of depression and the steps to direct a person in psychological distress to the right resources.

We’re looking to build a team with people from various backgroungs.

Whether you are in the field of social action, an animator in a day camp, a sports coach, an improv comedian or simply have a colourful personality, if you are motivated and interested in youth mental health – put in your application!

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Present in duos workshops on adolescent depression as part of a province-wide outreach program

REQUIREMENTS
· VALID driver’s license

· Bilingualism: It is essential to understand, read and have a fluent conversation and connect with youth in French.

· Availability to travel throughout Quebec and in the Ottawa region

· Public speaking skills

· Drive, team spirit and ability to work on the road

· Personable and flexible attitude with strong capacity to adapt

· Cegep Diploma/Certificate

· Experience working with youth is considered an asset

· Experience delivering educational content as a public speaker is considered an asset

· Experience in intervention is considered an asset

CONDITIONS
· Full time, 35 hours per week, 15,00$ per hour (after probation), and some weekends outside of Montreal (with compensation)

· Travel, meals and lodging expenses provided while outside of Montreal (many consecutive nights outside Montreal)

· Vehicle provided

· 5 weeks paid training starting September 5th 2017

· Contract from September 5th 2017 to end of May 2018
