Partners for Life is an outreach program that aims to raise awareness on teen depression offered by the Mental Illness Foundation. The program’s primary goal is to educate teens to identify signs and symptoms of depression and the steps to direct a person in psychological distress to the right resources.

We’re looking to build a team with people from various backgroungs.
Whether you are in the field of social action, an animator in a day camp, a sports coach, an improv comedian or simply have a colourful personality, if you are motivated and interested in youth mental health – put in your application!

Job description:
• Present in duos workshops on adolescent depression as part of a province-wide outreach program
• Popularize educational content in a dynamic way
• Reach out to teens and guide them, if necessary, toward available resources
• Represent the Mental Illness Foundation within the educational community
• Fill out various reports

A year at Partners for life will increase your knowledge of mental health, get you MHFA certification, get you to meet 10,000 young people in different school environments and allow you to live a rewarding work experience team all over Quebec.
