Responsibilities: Gather the requirements. Elaborate an implementation plan based on agreed priorities. Establish a budgetary and resource estimate for the project. Define measurable and attainable objectives for the project. Given the important changes that this project will trigger within the company, Customer Care - Change Management will be among your responsibilities.
Responsibilities include the recruiting of the right consultants to help out in this project and provide appropriate training and information sessions to the employees are a few of many other responsibilities that you will have to fulfill to ensure a successful implementation.
Create a seamless process and open communication among all levels of company employees for better management and control of information.
Develop programs that Atrion can embrace to become a more customer-centric organization.
Nurture customers expectations.
Develop and Manage the Account Management system for Atrion’s top 50 accounts.

Job Qualifications
Experiences: More than 5 years of experience within Atrion. Involvement in the change management program of Atrion (SDF) is definitely an asset.
Culture: Must have significant positive experience in interacting with different Customer cultures.
Traveling: Given the globalnature of Atrion’s Customers and Partner, the candidate must be willing and capable of traveling at least one week per month. The possibility of relocation must also be considered.
Languages: Fluent working knowledge of English and French; Any other languages an asset;
