Our products are used in residences / offices/ schools / hospitals as well as in military/ police operations and in manufacturing industrie,etc. / Sold by distributors and agents in North America and abroad. |

| Detailed description: |
An Inside Sales Account executive is expected to: - Expand the business by identifying new opportunities within targeted industry segments - Make required cold calls and handle incoming calls that range from customer inquiries, customer service issues and order taking. - Effectively prospect and generate leads, to identify new opportunities - Provide customers with accurate quotations for products or service that best satisfies their needs and closing the sales. - Record sales and order processing, prepare correspondence, proposals and marketing collateral to assist in acquiring new clients and or build business with existing clientele - Record and maintain customer profiles, using our contact manager software - Gain a clear understanding of customers needs, dealer’s business requirements, - Offer ongoing after-sales support services. -Conduct Webinar's - Ensure you remains current with industry ever-changing |
