Moosomin Country Squire Restaurant and Bar in SK seeks an experienced restaurant manager.
Requirements:
Experience in food service sector is required
Completion of college level education is required
English speaking is required
Wage: C$ 22.00 / hour
Working Hours: 35 hours working / week (full-time and permanent)
Benefit: 15 days of paid vacation per year (or 6% for vacation pay), Meals are provided on duties
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant and bar
- Set staff work schedules and monitor each staff’s performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices and report to the owner
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for all supplies
- Oversee staff training
