Job Description:
• Serve food and beverages, general plate service
• Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
• Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
• Advise on menu selections
• Customer service oriented
• Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Assist customers with special needs
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
• Load buspans and trays
• Set tables
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
• Replace linen
• Train staff
Requirements:
-Education: Completion of high school
-Experience: Experience is an asset
- Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Salary: $13.00 Hourly, 40.00 Hours per week. Some overtime required.
Benefits:
Meals and Room will be provided to worker at no cost.
Other information:
Must work well in a team environment and able to multi-task. Report to manager. Schedule availability on days or evenings and weekends.
