We are fully serving Japanese style cuisine in Kamloops. Now we are hiring the experienced Food Service Supervisor. Employer: Arigato Sushi (2012) Ltd. (o/a Arigato Sushi) Position: 1 Full-time Food Service Supervisor Duties: -Ensure that food and service meet quality control standard. -Maintain record of stock and sales. -Supervise serving of meals. -Prepare work schedule and evaluate work performance of employees. -Respond to customer issues. - Organize the daily closing activities for the restaurant, including cleaning, dishwashing, food storage etc. - Supervise and check delivery of food trolley. - Supervise and check assembly of trays. Requirement: - Completion of secondary school is required. - 2+ years of supervisory experience in food preparation or service is required. - Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres.
