Fullmaxx has been serving the construction industry in western Canada as a supplier of glass doors and walls. Our professional team members are skilled designers, glaziers, fabricators and installers with years of practice, dedicated to doing each and every job with a level of quality they would want on their own homes. We are seeking a Deputy Director to join our team. The primary objective of this position is to lead the financial strategy of the Company. This role is responsible for the following duties: Make strategic decision and drive strong financial performance. Provide key financial analysis to shape management decisions and formulate the company's financial future direction. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate purchasing activities. Develop purchasing policies and procedures and control purchasing budget. Identify vendors, conduct cost and price analysis and lead negotiation with vendors. Select the best suppliers, finalize and close deals, and execute key transactions. Lead budgeting process, plan the expenditures, and approve overall personnel planning. Oversee all areas of finances including accounting, payroll, claims, payables, and receivables. Coordinate preparation for external audits, ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation. Interview, hire and oversee training of staff. Perform the duties of the director during the latter’s absence. Job Requirement: Minimum of 5+ years of senior management experience playing a leadership role in accounting, finance and procurement. Proven business management skill set, including budgeting. Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize work. Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills. Proficiency in spoken Chinese or Persian as an asset. Hourly Wage: $31.5 per hour or above, 40 hours per week.
