We are looking for candidates in Vancouver who are technical and understand how to interact with and serve our Enterprise, Hosted, and SaaS customers. Key Responsibilities? -Troubleshoot and configure processor issues (credentials, certificate, add, and delete) -Perform Health Checks of monitored systems -Basic troubleshoot a failed DM update and maintain knowledge on what, when, where, and how to escalate a failed DM update -Effectively communicate with other teams and stakeholders during the process any incidents or escalations -Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and discussion of improved processes or inventions. -Develop knowledge base articles and document learnings and new processes -Analyze historical issues and perform root cause analysis, identify improvements and manage the implementation for corrective and preventative measures -Troubleshoot system performance and errors and escalate them accordingly -Use Fusion/JIRA/Ivanti ticketing system to communicate and track issues to resolution -High attention to detail, follow implementation plans Requirements -0.5-2 years’ experience in a technical client-facing role. Experience directly working with clients to formulate solutions/requirements and building relationships with clients to improve services -Service Oriented Architecture certification/experience preferred -Demonstrated ability to work with various IT teams, business, and project groups to solve client issues -Ability to work a flexible rotating shift -Automation or DevOps experience desired, but not mandatory About Us ZE PowerGroup Inc.
