Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As an Assistantyouwill provide executive level support to two Regional Vice Presidents, Commercial Financial Services. Youmust be organized and flexible; and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that is results-driven and partnership oriented. Using a high degree of judgment and discretion, you will work independently to preparecorrespondence, respond to calls and emails and manage calendarsto maximize the Regional Vice Presidentstime and productivity.What will you do?Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Regional Vice Presidentincluding: managingextremely active calendars; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is often confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners.Plan, coordinate and ensure the Regional Vice Presidentsscheduleisfollowed and respected.Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concernsincluding those of a sensitive or confidential nature.Participate in special projects as required.What do you need to succeed?Must-have:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, clients, external partners and donors.Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.Nice-to-haveBachelors DegreeExperience in the Financial Services sectorPrevious experience providing administrative support at the executive level.Whats in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
