Metro Van Custom Homes Inc. located at 1205-22091 Fraserwood Way, Richmond, British Columbia V6W 0A8, is looking for permanent & full-time Office Administrator. Salary : $23.50/hr Positions: 1 Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee and co-ordinate administrative procedures for the restaurant review and evaluate new procedures. • Establish work priorities, prepare schedules for staff. • Co-ordinate and plan for restaurant services, such as parking, maintenance and security services. • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting and contracting • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and ordering supplies for the restaurant. • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence. • Supervise records management of clients and staff. • Preparing advertisements to promote the business • Coordinate with suppliers Job Requirements - Completion of Secondary School is required. - A university degree or diploma in public administration can be an asset. - 1 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field is required.
