Reporting to the Director, Application Services, the Senior Project Delivery Manager, Major Capital Projects accountable for but not limited to:

• Providing oversight, guidance and mentoring to a group of Project Managers reporting directly to them.
• Performing program management and delivery of assigned IT projects in the IS Application Services portfolio.
• Identifying the necessary budget requirements for the provision of Major Capital Project delivery in Application Services.
• Adhering to EUI Project Delivery methodology, and achieving the required outcomes with time spans of up to 3 - 12 months.
• Project Oversight: Directly manage the delivery of 6-7 major projects at once ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Budget and Cost Control: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of project budgets, scope, and cost as key control mechanisms. Implement strategies to monitor and maintain project financial health.
• Executive Engagement: Engage confidently with C-Suite Executives, effectively discussing project roles, statuses, and strategic implications.
• Steering Committees: Lead and run steering committees, facilitating strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
• Communication: Exhibit confidence and eloquence in communication, capable of delivering difficult messages to VPs and maintaining stakeholder trust.
• RFP Management: Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, from preparation to evaluation and selection.

Must Have

• 7+ years experience within IS (Information Systems) in a variety of roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Systems Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) including custom-build and commercial off the self (COTS) implementation frameworks.
• Senior leadership experience such as experience as a Director or leading a PMO
• Previous experience as a Project Manager
