DBA Carl’s Jr. Restaurant Positions available 1 Salary $14.00/HOUR for 40 hours a week. (Overtime applicable after 40 hours) Main duties: • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food. • Establish method to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs and wastage, • Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures, • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation •Co-ordinate with manager in hiring food service staff, preparing budget and cost estimates • Address customers’ complaints or concerns Employment requirements: Completion of secondary school is required 1-2 years experience in food preparation or service is required. OR Completion of college programme in food service administration or related disciple Skills Management & supervisory skills Working conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced, work under pressure, able to stand for a long period.
