Duties: • Prepare & cook full different kind Sweet dishes such as Gulab Jamun, Laddo, Barfi, Rasgula etc. • Assist in introducing new dishes to the menu • Maintain the clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen • Estimate sweets requirements and cost. • Monitoring and estimating the daily supplies as required for sweet making • Instruct and train staff in preparation of sweet dishes • Able to make large quality sweets for catering.
