Our restaurant is located in Vancouver, BC and fully serves Japanese style cuisine to our customers. Now we are hiring the experienced Cook. Employer: Joon's Kitchen Ltd. Position: 2 Full-time Cooks (part-time is also negotiable) Duties: -Prepare and cook food according to recipes. -Responsible for the production and have knowledge and competency of Nigiri and Sashimi. -Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices. -Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc. -Clean kitchen and work area. -May schedule and/or train kitchen helpers. Requirement: Completion of secondary school and 2 ~ 3+ years of cooking experience required. Language: Minimum English will be fine.
